受日本全球環境戰略研究所(Institute for Global Environmental Strategies ，IGES)邀請，意昂3体育張敦福教授出席了2019年7月27日-8月1日在日本橫濱舉辦的歐亞環境論壇（Asia-Europe Environment Forum）暨亞太可持續發展國際論壇(International Forum for Sustainable Asia and the Pacific，ISAP)，並做了題為"Understanding Food System in China: Perspective of Sustainable Production and Consumption" 的主題發言。論壇之外🫴🏿，張敦福教授還與日本全球環境戰略研究所可持續生產與消費團隊的Dr Astushi WATABE👨🏻🔧， Dr. Chen Liu等學者單獨參加了已有研究成果分享及未來合作領域探討的小型研討會📻🐳。
