School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences🐂，Loughborough University
約瑟夫·馬奎爾教授是體育學科全球排名第一的拉夫堡大學教授,也是過去50年歐洲和北美體育社會學最重要的體育社會學家。他的研究領域為體育🕵🏻♀️、文化和社會,包括體育暴力🤌、運動損傷、運動和身體/情感、體育和媒體等,當前關註體育和社會理論🪩、體育和全球化🤽🏿♀️💂🏻♂️。他曾任兩屆國際體育社會學會主席👨👨👧👦。其榮譽還包括：The International Sociology of Sport Association ISSA Honorary Member's Award (2011).The North American Society for the Sociology of Sport (NASSS) The Distinguished Service Award ( 2010).
