中心簡介
意昂3官网於2019年7月5日正式成立意昂3官网經濟社會學與跨國企業研究中心🙎。該中心由四維-約翰遜實業股份有限公司董事長王埏博士捐資並協同北京大學劉世定教授共同籌建。
理論目標
基於對中國企業海外經營狀況的深度田野調查🏌🏽，發展新的經濟社會學研究範式——“利益-規範”雙重博弈均衡理論🏄🏼♀️。
研究方式
以中心碩士生、博士生與青年學者為主體，進行長期深入的企業海外田野調查。通過對中國企業海外發展過程及其微觀互動行為的詳細考察🏋️♂️，一方面以經濟社會學“利益-規範”雙重博弈均衡理論指導企業海外發展🫵🏽，另一方面利用中國企業海外經營實踐推進經濟社會學基礎理論的生發。
現實意涵
在中國實施“一帶一路”倡議的大背景下🐤，回應中國企業海外發展面臨的問題，給出社會學分析視角下的解決方案，助力中國企業更好地走向世界。
中心願景
計劃在未來3-5年內😵，形成一系列高水平的調查報告與理論研究成果🌯，把中心建設成為經濟社會學研究和中國企業海外發展研究領域最具影響力的機構平臺。

Introduction
Institute of Economic Sociology and Multinationals（IESM）of Shanghai University was founded on July 5th 2019🧑🏽🎨，which was sponsored by Dr. Wang Yan, chairman of the Four Dimension-Johnson Industry Co.,Ltd. and jointly prepared by Professor Liu Shiding of Peking University.
Theoretical Objectives
Based on the deep fieldwork of overseas business conditions of Chinese enterprises, we want to develop a new research paradigm of economic sociology, the "Interests-Norms" dual equilibrium game theory.
Research Approaches
The overseas fieldwork will be carried out by postgraduate students, PhD students and young scholars of IESM. By taking detailed investigation on Chinese enterprises’ overseas development process and micro interaction, we will guide the overseas business practice with “Interests-Norms“ dual equilibrium game theory of economic sociology, and promote the development of fundamental economic sociology by analyzing the overseas business practice of Chinese enterprises.
Practical Significance
In the context of The Belt and Road initiative, responding to the problems faced by Chinese enterprises in their overseas development and giving solutions in the perspective of sociological analysis to help them operating better.
IESM Vision
We are planning to generate a series of high-level investigation reports and theoretical research results in the next 3-5 years. the center will be built into the most influential institutional platform in the field of economic sociology and overseas development research of Chinese enterprises.
